All make up lines are modular in design and can perform various functions like: filling, moulding, folding, cutting, turning, etc.Every Tromp make up line is executed with a large touch screen on which you can see a drawing of the actual line, and from which you can adjust all values needed for your product like speeds, counter settings and timers. You can store your values in recipes, give them a 10-character name and recall all your settings for fast change overs without errors. You can use the log in feature to protect your settings so only qualified personnel can change and store them. Additional units like egg yolk / water sprayers, seeders, retracting belts, baking tray conveyors, etc. can be added to create a complete production line which meets with your demands.
