Egg-yolk / water sprayer This spraying system can be used to spray water and water-like fluids like egg yolk. The spinning discs provide very small particles which do not form a "mist". By means of an accurate pumping system with variable speed range, the sprayer is able to spray very thin layers as well as large amounts of fluid on the products. Wire-mesh conveyor can be taken out easily. Spinning discs are executed with hygienic wash-down drives and are totally removable for easy cleaning. |
