Leopard Bread Depositor

The Tromp leopard bread depositor is able to deposit a thin skin of "tiger-skin" mix on proofed bread (Dutch Crunch, rice flour and water). Special nozzles provide an equally spread pattern of the mix on the dough. Volume, speed, depositing length and number are all adjustable on a 6" touch screen.All settings can be stored and called back. A flash-light is warning the operator when the number of tins to be treated has been reached.
