Egg-yolk washer The egg-yolk washer is machine capable of applying a thin layer of egg-yolk on the surface of unbaked products, like buns, cookies, small bread etc. The egg-yolk washer is available in 2 stand-alone versions on a moveable frame, one with a static applying roller and one with a cylinder which provides up and down movement to place the roller into baking trays with a high edge.
A Tromp rotary moulder can also be executed with an integrated egg-yolk washer which can be removed for easy cleaning.
